Kevin "Hurricane" Hudson

2 Time World Champion Kick Boxer

Kevin “Hurricane” Hudson began training in martial arts at the age of eight. At 13 he decided he wanted to be a world champion kick boxer and dedicated his life to helping others become better and reach their fullest potential. He began training for the ring early and began competing as a teenager.

In 1994, he won the K.I.C.K. World Cruiserweight Kickboxing championship with a 12 round victory over Neil Singleton. He continued to compete regularly, winning other titles under different organizations including the I.K.F. United States Heavy Weight title in 2002. In 2005, he competing in Chuck Norris’ organization, the World Combat League, wrapping up his kickboxing career. During his travels and training he began working under Grandmaster Joe Lewis, whom Kevin earned his 5th, 6th, and 7th degree black belt under.

Kevin tested under Bill “Superfoot” Wallace and eventually was promoted to 5th Degree Black Belt under Grandmaster Wallace. Kevin has ran his own martial arts academy for over 27 years now. Throughout those years he’s worked and consulted with various types of businesses and business leaders using his straight forward tenacious style to turn floundering into profiting.

Kevin is an American Council on Exercise certified Group Fitness Instructor. He’s earned his B.S. Degree in Business Management from the University of South Carolina Upstate. Kevin has earned his Competent Communicator award from Toastmasters and enjoys sharing with audiences everywhere.
